We are looking for a dynamic person to take our service to the next level. Responsible for managing bookings, ordering stock, maintaining our high standards across all areas of the business, and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience you must be passionate about exceptional customer service, have a good knowledge of food and drink and have experience working in hospitality. Must work well in a team and under pressure. The job will predominantly include morning and day time work (including weekends), although some evenings will be expected.
If you have experience working in a 2AA rosette restaurant or above we would love to hear from you. Managing our increasing busy restaurant you will need to demonstrate outstanding service skills and a good knowledge of food, drink and cellar management. The job will mainly include lunch time, evening and weekend work, although some breakfast shifts will be expected.
To assist the Head Chef in our 2 AA rosette restaurant. This role will require a passion for cooking, solid technical skills and a determination to grow within the position and the business. The opportunity would suit an ambitious CDP looking to progress within a small team.
Must be accustomed to working with fresh and high quality ingredients, whilst championing local producers and respecting the seasons. Will be encouraged to have an active part in menu development. Must be willing to learn & practise efficient stock control. Level 2 Food & hygiene certificate ideally required.
The job will require approximately 50 hours per week, supporting current dinner service and potential lunches.

We are recruiting a breakfast cook/prep assistant to prepare and carry out our award winning breakfast service in our 2 AA rosette restaurant with rooms.
There will also be some light preparation work for dinner service supporting our passionate kitchen team. Using local, seasonal and high quality fresh produce, attention to detail is paramount to maintain our high standards.
Working in a small friendly team, you will be required to maintain stock rotation & ordering of produce for your service. Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate is advantageous but we are willing to train the right candidate.
You will be encouraged to have input into developing a seasonal and well balanced menu.
Massive opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a chefs position.
This position will require approx. 20 hours per week, Wednesday-Sunday morning, 7.30-11.30am
An amenable nature and excellent sense of humour is vital.
Part time waiting and bar staff
Working as part of the team you will be passionate about food and drink and delivering friendly, efficient and knowledgable customer service. Previous experience preferably but not essential as training will be given. Must be friendly, efficient and work well under pressure. Shifts include evenings, weekends and some mornings.
Part time cleaner
Required to maintain our high cleaning standards, both in the restaurant and bar areas and our 7 letting rooms. Must be friendly, efficient with excellent attention to detail. Shifts include every second weekend and 1 week day, plus holiday cover as necessary.
One of the most essential jobs in the kitchen. Cheerful, hard working individual with good attention to detail required to help us keep the kitchen, all equipment and our tableware absolutely spotless before, during and after service.
Late nights and weekend work are essential. Must not mind getting your hands dirty and must have a great sense of humour.
Rates of pay depending on experience.
