Our food is homemade and we work hard to source local, seasonal ingredients with a focus on the regions artisanal producers. We are members of the Real Bread Campaign & bake fresh sourdough and levain breads daily.
We serve a lavish breakfast highlighting some of Shropshire's finest ingredients. We hold both the Visit England & the AA Breakfast Award, as well as a GOLD Award from the AA for our restaurant with rooms. We are also very proud to hold 2 AA rosettes for culinary excellence.
We recently went into partnership with local chef Harry Bullock. He is Shropshire born and bred and rightly proud of his county and its produce. His beautiful food is fresh & modern & always packed with flavour. He has worked in some of Shropshires finest restaurants and at only 20 years old is very excited to be commanding his own kitchen.
Our restaurant is open to everyone. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday we serve a locally sourced, seasonal restaurant menu.
In addition, on the first Wednesday of every month we hold our popular pub night where we supplement our offering with a limited, casual bar menu.
