We recently underwent our Quality in Tourism assessment for 2015. Its a nerve wracking time for anyone who runs a hospitality business. Last year, which was our first ever assessment saw us gain a 4 star **** rating with a Silver Award for quality and customer service. The kitchen team were also very proud to gain the Breakfast Award.
We weren't unhappy with that assessment but we realised we had room for improvement and have worked incredibly hard throughout the entire year to try and achieve a higher standard.
We are very pleased that our hard work paid off. This year as well as retaining our Breakfast Award and our 4 star rating we also managed a Gold Award for exceptional quality.
