Due an incredibly busy couple of years and the joyous news that we have our first baby due in February, 2016 we currently have several job vacancies at the Coach House.

Assistant Manager

Roles to include managing room reservations and availability, customer service, compiling monthly staff rotas and managing staff & social networking marketing.  Excellent development opportunities for the right candidate. Accommodation and competitive salary available.

Part Time Front of House

15-20 hours a week, to include some weekends.  Duties to include checking guests in & serving afternoon tea, serving behind the bar & serving evening meals.  Some light cleaning duties may also be required.  Must have excellent communication skills.

Part Time Cleaner

15-20 hours a week, to include some weekends.  Duties to include laundry & ironing, making up rooms prior to guest arrival, servicing rooms and cleaning communal areas. Some kitchen cleaning may also be required. An eye for detail and a meticulous nature vital.

Kitchen Porter

15-20 hours per week. Join our kitchen team in this vital role to assist with cleaning, dish washing and basic vegetable preparation where necessary. 

Sous chef

15-20 hours per week as needed. To assist the chef in preparing, cooking and plating evening meals. Some breakfast shifts required. An absolute passion for cooking and for local ingredients is a must.  Experience of pastry, pasta and bread making is a bonus. The role has enormous growth potential for the right candidate.
